"still waiting........."

i should preface this by saying I used this hospital in the late 1980s and it was brilliant. how times change. Everything was worse The biggest difference i think was staff attitude. i arrived for my appt 20 min early. i was eventually seen one and a half hours later after threatening to leave .That was last year nearly six months ago. i was told i needed surgery on a torn rotator cuff ligament. I am still waiting for any correspondence at all.
