What I liked
A & E clinical staff were competent, explained clearly the options, and treated me with consideration and care in spite of being very busy in the early hours of the morning.
What could be improved
The reception area was bleak, the receptionist was unable to indicate the position on the waiting list and was generally uninformative.
Anything else?
A clinician from Plastics took a great deal of care stitching what all thought to be unstitchable, and the wound is doing well.
