What I liked
Sir, it is not often I find myself posting comments regarding the service I received - good or bad. However, I feel inclined to do so on this occasion.
Following a long wait at Lister hospital A & E on 17 March 2012, I was admitted to the gynae ward following what was subsequently diagnosed as a miscarriage. The staff on this ward were absolutely wonderful; particularly the nursing staff who were superb; so compassionate, understanding and yet professional. One particular nurse/health assistant showed kindness and patience to such an extent that it touched me. Her kindness was not just reserved for me but also for the elderly woman in the bed beside me; who had some form of memory loss and was also clearly confused. Her general positive and optimistic outlook is exactly what one needs. So, I would like to say 'thank you' for your loveliness and kindness and your professionalism. I would also like to say 'thank you' to the two night staff who cared for me on the night of the 17 March 2012.
God Bless you all!
What could be improved
More of the same type of caring staff
"A superb and enlightening experience."
