What I liked

I had been referred by my GP and the Consultant I saw was very reassuring and gave me clear advice and information.

What could be improved

There was no cover on the reception area and the phone was ringing.

Thank you for your positive comments about your recent visit to the ENT Clinic. We’re pleased to hear that you found the consultation with the Consultant reassuring and informative. We have recently relocated the reception for the Eye care Clinic to the ENT Clinic reception area, which means that there will be additional receptionists to book in patients at the ENT clinic. We have also nominated one of the receptionists to answer the telephone for the ENT clinic enquires.
