What I liked

I was asked to attend the Mount Vernon Treatment Centre to have a lesion on my scalp removed. I was due to be seen at 9.45 a.m. I arrived at 9.30 a.m. and, immediately after checking in at that time I was called to the doctors' room. The doctor and their staff of two were exceptionally attentive and helpful. The operation was soon over and I was ready to go home at 10 a.m. even though this was the proposed start time for me to be seen. The doctor could not have been more kind and helpful and I appreciate what they did very much indeed. I was told to wait in the Waiting Area for a letter for my doctor but the computer had problems so I told the nurse that I would have a cup of coffee in the Coffee Bar and then come and collect the letter. However, to my surprise they found me in the Coffee Bar and delivered the letter to me there. I thought this was being really helpful. So I can thoroughly recommend the Treatment Centre and its staff and say how very grateful I was.
