What I liked

Every member of staff that I met was very friendly and helpful. The department went out of their way to ensure that I was not kept waiting and treated with the utmost respect.

I have visited patients before in private hospitals and have not seen such service as I encountered today,

I am almost looking forward to coming into your hospital to have surgery as I have been made to feel most at ease by very experienced and hospitable staff.

I will certainly be recommending this hospital to everyone I know.
