What could be improved

There was no staff to deal with the daily requirements of the patient that should be provided as a matter of course such as enabling patients to shower or even be taken to the toilet in a reasonable time. My mum had to wait 3 hours to be taken to the toilet and never once received a shower even though she asked she was told there were not enough staff. She had previously been in Tewkesbury hospital which was superb in comparison to Cirencester. Her condition definitely has gone backward as a result of this hospital.
