What I liked

I attended for a colonoscopy. The physical environment was pleasant but more importantly all the staff I came in contact with from booking the appointment to my actual colonoscopy were efficient and helpful.

I was very concerned about the procedure but I was kept informed and supported by the staff which created a calm and stressfree environment and I was able to relax. And in the event the procedure was nothing to worry about at all.
