What I liked

I called in at the hospital to make an appointment for a chest x ray, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly you could not help but feel this was a well lead establishment. I was directed to the radiologist who greeted me with the same warmth I felt from the receptionist. They were just exemplary, put themselves out to accommodate me and helped all they could. If I had been an undercover boss those two would now be role models for the NHS. Finally the free parking just unbelievable these days.

Who ever is responsible for hospital morale and team generation can be very proud of the members of staff I met.
