"Bleeding whilst on warfarin"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

I suffered an unexpected nosebleed on Saturday morning and was unable deal with it.

An emergency trip by ambulance to the RBH saw the immediate problem abated. I was then transferred to Wexham Park ENT ward where I was assessed and regularly monitored. Additional attention on the Sunday enabled my discharge to go home on Sunday evening.

I would like to say a sincere thank you to all the NHS staff who attended me. Calm professional care throughout by everyone from beginning to end.

A nasty experience is hopefully now history. Good to know you guys are out there for us. Thank you again.

Harry

Thank you so much Harry, I am so glad you had such a great experience, having such a nose bleed is really not very nice, especially being on warfarin. We hope you are much better now!
