"Really hard to get an appointment"

They changed the system of booking appointments without warning meaning you could only book an appointment for a blood test, flu jab or smear test. If you want an appointment now you have to go through ask my GP, just making it even harder to get seen. Would be great if you could just book an appointment online rather than having to do an online chat, then make sure you pick up a call (not always possible if you're in work or have anxiety about phone calls!) I understand the need for triage but it just means that if you want to get an issue resolved you end up going to a walk-in instead.
