What I liked

The medical care was good. but my mother was stranded on the ward for weeks because the system to move her to neighnourhood recovery hospital was so poor. Parking for visitors is very, very expensive. But the cost of phone calls is extortionate! Beware!

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We make every effort to keep our parking charges to a minimum and our charges do compare favourably with other organisations. Regarding the cost of phone calls, it is necessary for us to use external companies to provide patient telephone equipment in order that we can focus our resources on providing the best care and treatment for patients. Every effort is made to keep these charges as low as possible whilst appreciating the upkeep costs incurred by the provider.
