What I liked

I was referred for investigation into a breast lump. Firstly I was impressed as I had a call the same day as I was referred by my GP to offer me an appointment! The whole experience from that phonecall, through all the reception and admin staff, the imaging department, and the breat surgery was professional, kind and quick!

The doctors and nurses in the imaging department were especially thoughtful, clear and sensitive - they took time to reassure me, explain things and were basically lovely! I am not usually someone who takes time to give feedback on things like this but I was so impressed by the efficiency at the hospital and so touched by the kindness of the staff that I have made the effort! Thank you.
