"Would appreciate your advise"

What could be improved

I was advised to book an appointment phoning xray dept, The number is always busy and cant not take a call, which is understandable. But what is not right is that it asvises you to call again and just swithces off and that repeats. Once I managed to get through to be told (7th Mar PM) and asvised to call next day. To day is next day and I can not get through. Every time one tries and fails to connect causes not only vexation but also that money is lost. There is no email or any other option available as alternative.. Is the system and set up designed to be inaccessisable on purpose?
