"Rude and arrogant consultant"

About: The Great Western Hospital

I waited almost 7 months for a follow-up appointment due to a long delay in getting biopsy results which I eventually had to chase up. (they were never sent out). This wasn't the first time that I had failed to receive correspondence from GWH.

After months of stress and worry over the prognosis of my condition I was looking forward to discussing my case with the consultant. It didn't go well. The consultant was arrogant and rude and I felt as though I was ruining the consultant's day and wasting the consultant's time. I did eventually get some clarity but I left the hospital feeling very upset and angry.

This is what I have paid for all my working life. I am disgusted! It was unacceptable!
