"Great experience today"

I was late for my appointment due to my little one having a poo explosion but they still saw my little boy. And they also gave him his flu vaccines during the appointment as he is asthmatic and I couldn’t get an appointment to do so as they where fullly booked. During the appointment the nurse notice my asthma was very bad and asked if I had had my flu jab and again I just haven’t been able to get to a flu clinic. She checked on her system for me and booked me in there and then and gave me my flu jab too!! Really made my day as my morning started off horribly lol.
