"Manners"

Just been to the surgery with a family member (as i use a different surgery) and the receptionist was rude, no manners, wouldn’t let us speak.

We got to our appointment on time, however as receptionist was speaking to patient before us our appointment time had come but we hadn’t managed to check in.by the time our time came reception refuse to check us in even though it wasnt out fault and appointment had been booked a week in advance. She spoke to us rudely no mannerisms at all.

This surgery is known to be one of the best in blackburn but purely failed its service.
