"Absolutely amazing surgical experience!!!!"

What I liked

All members of staff were extremely helpful and considerate at all times. I would thoroughly recommend this treatment centre. It is like being treated in a private hospital.

What could be improved

My only small complaint would be that I had to wait nearly three hours after arriving at the treatment centre to begin my surgery. I understand that there had been a hold up with the person before me but I would have liked to have been informed instead of just left waiting.
