"too many mistakes"

I rarely complain and hate to do so but its been a problematic experience.

I am due to start a 2nd round of IVF at the end of the month and I need to get an bladder issue sorted asap so I do not have anything meds in my system when my next cycle starts.

I was told to come in asap and they will have a form and sample bottle ready to get a sample sent away due to a previous dip test showed nothing.

I went in on Tuesday last week to do so (and got into work late for this).

When i arrvied there was no form but they said to leave it with them and then called a few days later.

he result was that they kept it in the surgery and did another dip test not sent off?!

I had to then go in late to work again on Friday so I could give a sample to be sent off properly at 8am.

I recieved a call today telling me that due to my name not being on the bottle that I will have to come in again tomorrow (!) and give another sample as they won't accept it at hospital.

At no point was I told to put my name on a bottle, and when i said this I was told that the surgery usually print the labels and do this before giving it to me!

I now have to go into work again late tomorrow to do another urine test to be sent off and my time before the IVF is getting shorter and shorter and if anything comes up in my results and I have to go on antibotics etc then we might have to delay our cycle.

Im supposed to be not stressing on the run up to IVF and this seems to not be helping one bit.

Really disappointed.
