Long wait. Rude staff. Horrible man took my blood. Wish there was more choice in the area because I would never come here again

I am so sorry that you had such a poor experience at phlebotomy at Orpington, particularly the poor staff attitude. I will pass your comments onto the manager so that they can follow up.
