"This is the first time I received such cold..."

About: Torbay Hospital

What could be improved

The doctor /patient relationship of this person who treated me could be improved. She kept hectoring me to keep my eyelid open while shining an intense light into my eye. She became impatient and was clearly irritable, asking if I was deaf if I couldn't hear what she was saying. She was less than gracious and it wasn't a pleasant experience to be treated by her.
