"excellent staff and care."

What I liked

I brought my nan to the cardiology outpatients department. The environment is old and shabby - but clean, which is what matters! The staff were absolutely excellent, both nursing and medical. Patient, clear, non-patronising and didn't appear to want to rush things at all. No wait on the day, and a relatively short wait for the appointment.

What could be improved

Only the environment - but when the care is right that doesn't matter.
