About: Western Eye Hospital

I was reffered by my GP to the hospital on the 11 January , at this time the doctor sent the refferal by fax.

Never heard from the hospital till the beggining of February , so I called and was told that the hospital hasnt received nothing from my GP and I was given a new fax number where to send the refferal.

I went back to my GP and send it again on the 9 February and called back again to hear if they have received it this time ,

to my surprise they told me they havent, so I went to the doctor again and made them send the fax while I was there watching it happen and took a copy of the refferal and send it again for the 4th time to the number I was given.

Still when I called the hospital they have the audacity to say they haven't received any fax.

I called the number I was given and fax to the number I was given.

I dont know what else can I do ....
