"Would not take Abdominal Pain"

About: Hospital Of St Cross (Rugby)

Went here to avoid A&E and told at reception that they do not take patients with Abomonal pain. I found this a bit odd as the website says they do. I was told to go to A&E at Coventry University Hospital.

Very disappointing.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience at Hospitalof St Cross,

We also apologise that the Urgent Care Centre could not provide the service you would have liked, i have passed your comments to them and will see why this was the case.

Usually for abdominal problems we would advise being checked at University Hospital as they are able to offer more specialised care in this department.
