"Gastroscopy"

I was extremely nervous to attend for my gastroscopy. Although I had not heard of this hospital before I was happy to attend as it meant receiving the treatment earlier. I was sent appointment details in the post and whilst this was great I did have to change the appointment. I did this online and with ease. The information provided by the hospital was excellent, In particular the directions and public transport information. The medical information requested was quite lengthy but necessary. I did have a query about this and although the form stated it needed to be returned I was advised I could bring this with me on the day.

The hospital was very efficient and I was seen promptly, lockers were provided for personal items. The procedure itself was straightforward and I was back in recovery soon after. The staff put me at ease. The hospital was very clean as I noticed this whilst waiting to be seen. I would recommend this hospital to others.
