"Excellent and under strain"

Please do not punish Dean Street for the reduced ability to book appointments. They have been forced to decrease the number of people they see while the demand for their service has risen.

If you do manage to get an appointment, you'll find them to be excellent. Professional, friendly, efficient, welcoming, non-judgmental... I have never felt more at ease in such an environment, especially considering how daunting STD checks can be!

It's a shame they can't get more funding.
