"Lefted in a waiting room for many hours, no pain..."

What I liked

The Doctor was very helpful, although she didn't mention I would need to wait another few hours before I see the Consultant, she was aware I was in alot of pain and would inform the Sister that I require pain relief. I never received any pain relief.

What could be improved

The Sister was extremely stressed, which is understandable when Nurses work so hard. However her manner could of been better, she wasn't at all compassionate.

Anything else?

Being lefted in a waiting room for hours at a time, no pain relief or treatment. Sent home in alot of pain with no dressings. My parents had to go to the shops late that evening to purchase dressings, pain relief etc. Basically I had to dress my own skin.

It was a horrible experience.
