"Emergency room treated like i was faking"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I went in to the ER due to a torn ACL.

I was treated like i was faking when I went in to the ER.

The Dr. made notes patient was in pain, but saw no swelling.

I had x-rays in which the Dr. said they couldn’t tell ligament damage in X-rays, but made notes there was no ligament damage according to the x-ray.

Dr. said they could do an MRI, but they didn’t have anyone to read it.

My insurance wouldn’t pay for the ER visit because due to the Dr. notes making it sound like I was faking it.

I would rather travel to Bozeman, Butte, or MIssoula than go back to St. Peter’s Hospital.

Not only was I not listened to at all, but I did not receive the propert care.

I felt let down.

The Dr. refused to listen to what the patient was saying.
