I visited on Thursday 17th January and when I came to leave I had to join a queue of about 40 people.
There were new machines in place and no-one there to help.
People were confused and took some time working out how to use them and pay.
One gentleman tried 6 times before he was successful.
Consequently my fee became more the longer I waited.
I also noted that some people were given a choice of how much to pay presumably because their car had not be screened on entry for some reason. Most would choose the cheapest!
Technology is wonderful but not when it slows the system down!
