Arrived at 10:00 on 16th January 2019 with a suspected broken finger. Very short wait to see the receptionist who was pleasant and courteous taking time to note what I went for and necessary documentation. then I was directed to the waiting area until called which occurred at about 11:00. Just before I was called a staff member wrote on the board that minor injuries had a two hour wait. Considering that there was no waiting time on the board before that, came as a bit of a shock however, I was seen to in an hour. From seeing the nurse events moved quickly and I was soon in the X-ray department, back to the nurse, finger strapped, and out the door by 11:50. A very satisfactory visit and the staff I met and attended to me were very professional, polite and caring.
