"John Snow ward"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

our Grandfather sadly passed away on Saturday he remained in hospital despite our efforts to get him home. I can honestly say I don’t know how we would have managed without the help of all the team at PAH, specifically John Snow ward. Everyone was kind, compassionate and did there very best to help us and ensure we knew what was going on with grandads health and well being. They made my grandad feel special on Christmas Day by giving him a shave and making him feel back to his normal self again. The smile on his face was so good to see. Everything they did for him we are so grateful. The A&E unit were fab, he did go to another ward before John snow and they too were really kind and made us feel that he would be looked after when we had to leave at the end of the day. We can’t thank you all enough. At such a hard time it’s so good to know that people who are caring for your loves ones really do care. Thank you thank you and thank you.
