(as the patient),

Cannot fault all the friendly staff at my appointment. I attended the day surgery and  all staff involved in my care  from the nurses to the theatre staff and also in the recovery room were excellent with me .       

They kept me up to date about my Surgeon who never appeared to let me know that they were getting another Surgeon and when I saw him he put me at ease and said he would do my operation, cannot remember his name sorry....
From some one who has a fear of hospital this was an excellent service.
