I was visiting the ISSA centre to see an ENT consultant- the consultation with the Consultant was exceptional. What let my experience down was the customer service. I was curtly asked by the receptionist if I could be helped - I felt as if I was an inconvenience and directed to the first floor.
At the first floor reception, I had to wait until the three people behind the reception had finished socialising before I was approached. This level of service is poor. If I was the manager of this centre, I would be closely looking at the training needs of the staff in respects to customer service and experience.
