I was transferred to castle hill in April 2018 following becoming extremely ill will kidney stones infections and also having long term Crohn's disease. I could not fault the stay on the ward or the care that I received the whole staff force I got to know well and for the second stay in hospital I felt safe and respected as well as staff taking on board that I know my own medical history and my own life story as well as how my body works they worked with me the whole way making this experience less evasive and intrusive and a shared journey helping me back to the road recovery. I would not be frightened an inpatient on this ward and would recommend highly. Kind regards
