Hello

I just wanted to write about my recent visit to the RCHT Colonoscopy Unit where the treatment I received was the best I could possibly have hoped for, professional, caring and considerate. 

The team persevered through a long and tricky procedure for which I am most grateful. A very big thank you to Dr Marek and his team of two nurses who did their utmost to make the procedure the best it could be.

Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you. My name is Michaela and I work within the Patient and Family Experience team at Royal Cornwall Hospital.


It is wonderful to hear that the treatment you received in the RCHT Colonoscopy Unit was the best you could possibly have hoped for and the staff were professional, caring and considerate.

I will be sure to pass on your kind words, praise and thanks to the entire team including Dr Marek as I know they will be delighted to know that they were able to make your patient experience a positive one especially through a long and tricky procedure.
