What I liked

I had call to visit your A&E Dept . regarding a calf muscle injury?From my initial contact with the Receptionist to the Triage Nurse and to finally seeing the duty A&E doctor, I cannot praise them or the system highly enough.................I could fault nothing. In these days where poor reports of the NHS and hospitals in general are on the increase and commonplace, I felt it only too prudent to pass on credit where credit is due. The whole visit took less than an hour despite the advertised waiting time being advertised as approx 2 hours! Thankyou so much and as promised, I'll return the crutches to Eastbourne DGH when I no longer need them........... hopfelly sooner rather than later!
