Telephone booking system is beyond a joke telephone never gets answered as it should. The online booking system does not work. Andrew on reception is great however all other reception staff are very poor and unskilled and rude. No nurse, or if there is one you won’t get a appointment. Doctors use google to diagnose you in front of you. You never feel like your listened too and rushed appointments that always run late. No emergency appointments as they rarely have a doctor that is full time. Place is unclean and untidy years old information leaflets on walls and chairs that are broken. It’s really needs some help. Do not register yourself here. Doctors never follow anything up. You always have to chase and remind.
