I am now successfully recovering from aortic valve replacement and bypass surgery performed by the surgeon and the outstanding team with him. I was treated in a matter of 6 months from diagnosis of stenosis to surgery with amazing care, professionalism and with what I feel is cutting edge facilities. This hospital unit is one of which everyone there should be proud. Thanks to everyone - anaesthetists, porters, nurses and the catering team. You have done an amazing job in giving me a great new lease of life!
