(as the patient),

I just want to comment on the great care received yesterday at my outpatient appointment at University Hospital Wishaw orthopaedic outpatient department.   During my appointment it was decided that I would be given treatment that day. Staff Nurse Anne (if my memory is right) recognised I was anxious about the procedure and ensured I was as relaxed and comfortable as possible staying with me throughout and ensuring I was ok afterwards. I really did feel well looked after.   Thank you to Anne.
