I was telephoned today (16/01/19) re my appointment (planned 08/01) which was cancelled by the hospital. the original message exclaimed there was a clinic today. On returning the call to the hospital I was told my appointment was re-booked for 11/02/2019. It is obvious the appointment bookings do not talk to the nurses.

This is ashame, the service by the nurses is great and a person from the hospital telephoned with good intent and I was also willing to attend today (16/01) which would have been a win win siutuation. What I did not expect was, 'We don't know anything about the call, will book you in...."

....All lack of communication., oh well back to the Optimize spray...

I'm sorry you're feeling let down, if there is still anything outstanding please would you consider contacting our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) so they can look into it for you?

PALS are available Monday to Friday from 9 - 4pm and there is an answer machine facility outside those hours.
