I would like to thank the whole team lead by Janis who I encountered when I came for a colonoscopy in mid December. Fantastically professional and efficient. Totally competent just great patient care from preparatory telephone contact, throughout the clinical procedure to exit support. A very well organised and executed patient journey.

I must also thank thank Mr biopsy review arrangements through Mr Crosier and in particular his secretary Ms Morton who contacted me with the results.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us of your recent experience with bowel screening. Having a positive test must have been worrying but I am glad that the journey you experienced here in Forth Valley felt efficient, professional and caring.

The staff involved in the service work very hard to deliver it and this kind of feedback is very much appreciated. I will make sure that your post is shared with all the staff involved but particularly Janice, Mr Crozier and Moira.

It really is good to hear that your experience of our Department was so positive.
