Broke my elbow following a bicycle accident. Went to North Tees Urgent Care, was seen, assessed, X-rayed, cast put on and given advice within 1 hour. An amazing service. Follow up with orthopaedic outpatients at Hartlepool, and with physiotherapist at North Tees, went like clockwork - efficient, kindly and highly professional. Well done to the teams working at Urgent Care and the fracture clinic, particularly to the receptionist at North Tees who took the trouble to seek out the physiotherapist so I could be on time.
