"Couldn’t fault the care I got."

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Operation 8th January 2018

No complaints about pre or after op care.

Staff were all excellent and couldn’t fault the care I got.

Only small negative was I had informed them I would not be available 16-23rd Jan but my return appointment was booked for 18th!

This was changed to 25th yet I received a letter confirming my appointment for 18th.

This seemed a waste of time and money.

Thank you to all the caring and friendly staff.

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback, your kind comments regarding your care received are much appreciated, however apologies to you regarding your appointment, it is always helpful to give information regarding unavailability, this information should have been shared to minimise any inconvenience to patients and as you have said unnecessary correspondence. I will share your post with the staff and endeavour to avoid the possibility of this happening in the future.
