Thank you so much for taking the time to give your valuable feedback. It is fantastic to hear how you have progressed with your mental health and recovery since accessing our service. Glad to hear you have been using the learnt skills to support your recovery, keep working on these and they will become part of your automatic thinking process.

Keep accessing all we have to offer with our treatment options and recovery support internally and externally I.e.: the fellowships and/or SMART Recovery to support your future goals.
