About: University Hospital (Coventry)

I was admitted through ambulance early hours of the morning. From the ambulance crew who were kind, caring & expert with my treatment as well as understanding regarding my disability which was unrelated to my need for help. The staff within the A&E department were excellent. I was terrified & within minutes they were reassuring me & dealing with my needs. I can't thank them enough. They do amazing work under so much pressure but they all had smiles & gave me the time & attention I needed.

Thank you so much for doing the jobs you do. X

Thank you for your kind comments about our A&E staff, as you know this is a busy period for us but we always strive to provide the best possible care for everyone and I am glad you experienced this.
