"Nightmare trying to get through on phone"

My mother and I have both tried to phone the health centre for information on a medical condition on the following numbers 01634 337443/4/5 for over a week at all times of the working day. There has been no answer from anybody which is very disconcerting especially as my mother is disabled and unable to access the health centre independently. Therefore I am having to go there in person to ask the information which is both time consuming and very frustrating. For anybody who is unwell, needs to ask information or make an appointment and is not computer literate it is an impossible situation and needs urgent review

Please accept our apologies for any stress caused to our patients when trying to get through on the current telephone system.

We are aware and this is currently being addressed but taking longer than expected due to issues with the Building and BT.

We hope to have a new phone system installed in the very new future.
