"My care for gall stones was over and above what I had expected"

About: New Victoria Hospital (Glasgow)

(as the patient),

I visited the patient information centre and the Victoria hospital to inquire about an appointment with a surgeon about my gall stones. The NHS employee I spoke to, Pauline, was very nice and she went above and beyond what I expected of her. She took all relevant information from me and dealt with my inquiry in a very professional and caring manner. I would like to thank Pauline for her help and taking away a lot of the stress that I have been going through lately.
