Came into A&E Bradford Royal Infirmary on Saturday morning, was quickly seen and sent over to minor injury, again quickly seen and sent over for an x-ray for my knee. The x-ray outcome showed a potential ruptured Tendant in the knee, I was then quickly seen by a doctor who advised an ultra scan needs to be done and will try and fit it over the weekend. I was then given a leg brace and sent home within few hours of arriving at the hospital. I received a call Sunday morning to attend an Ultra scan the same morning (ward 27), upon arrival I was greeted and allocated a bed, since I couldn’t sit down with a straight leg this was very helpful. The nurses taken swabs and blood pressure, a doctor arrived soon after did few observations and provided further information. Still at the hospital and thought I’ll write this review. Thank you for the excellent service Especially minor injury dept and ward 27.
"Exceptional service"
