"Exceptional service"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

Came into A&E Bradford Royal Infirmary on Saturday morning, was quickly seen and sent over to minor injury, again quickly seen and sent over for an x-ray for my knee. The x-ray outcome showed a potential ruptured Tendant in the knee, I was then quickly seen by a doctor who advised an ultra scan needs to be done and will try and fit it over the weekend. I was then given a leg brace and sent home within few hours of arriving at the hospital. I received a call Sunday morning to attend an Ultra scan the same morning (ward 27), upon arrival I was greeted and allocated a bed, since I couldn’t sit down with a straight leg this was very helpful. The nurses taken swabs and blood pressure, a doctor arrived soon after did few observations and provided further information. Still at the hospital and thought I’ll write this review. Thank you for the excellent service Especially minor injury dept and ward 27.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback, and my apologies for the delay in responding to it. I have passed on to the team who will be encouraged by it, we do believe that all feedback is valuable, and knowing you are doing a great job is a great motivator to keep on doing it, which we aim to do every day. We hope you are recovering well.
