Myself and my husband have been with this practice for several years. We both think they are amazing, and go above and beyond the call of duty. All of the receptionists are so understanding and take the time to listen and help( where they can)
One receptionist helped calm my husband, when he had to be rushed to hospital last year.
One doctor listens and is very thorough, similarly with another doctor. I never feel rushed.
My sister passed away on Christmas day, and reception, and the doctor have been amazing. I wish my boss knew how to deal with people suffering distress/upset/anxiety!
The skills the doctor has, to deal with physical and mental health goes hand in hand.
I left the surgery feeling supported and accepted my feelings etc
