I arrived for my appointment at Ambulatory Care FVR, I was called on time and the Nurse Practitioner introduced herself, took details and explained the procedure. The procedure was carried out with the NP checking at each stage that I was comfortable. After care was explained and I was soon on my way home. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and treatment received.

The downside to Forth Valley Royal Hospital is the abominable parking situation! I had been due to have this procedure over a month ago, arrived at Hospital an hour before my appointment but spent a frustrating 55 minutes trying to find a suitable place to park. Twice I telephoned reception to say I would be late and eventually had to phone and cancel the appointment. Navigating the large main car park and the equally large overflow car park is not helped by the thoughtless and irresponsible parking of others. Time to reinstate the Car Park Attendants.
